1. No Guaranteed Promotion or Endorsement Inclusion is not an endorsement, advertisement, or marketing guarantee. It is an editorial selection based on flavor, tradition, history, and originality. Participants are featured as part of a culinary narrative, not as paid sponsors.

2. No Ongoing Representation Inclusion does not create a legal, promotional, or partnership relationship with The Food Guide USA™, unless a written agreement exists.

3. Subject to Editorial Discretion All text, images, and designs are created by The Food Guide USA™ or its contractors. Participants do not control their editorial presentation.

4. No Guarantee of Results The Food Guide USA™ does not guarantee an increase in customer traffic, sales, or visibility.

5. Disclaimer for Customer Experience

   The Food Guide USA™ is not responsible for:

   • Restaurant closures (temporary or permanent)
   • Food pricing, availability, or quality
   • Customer dissatisfaction
   • Operational issues or disputes between customers and restaurants

6. No Obligation to Provide Free Products Restaurants are not obligated to offer free items or discounts, unless a specific written agreement exists. Promotions are voluntary and for a limited time.

7. Withdrawal of Inclusion Participants may request exclusion from future editions. Already printed editions in circulation cannot be modified.

8. Social Media Use Mentions on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms are editorial. They do not imply endorsement or privilege.

9. Intellectual Property Logos, photos, or images used with attribution (when possible) are employed with limited permission for guide-related content, without additional payment.

10. Legal Release Participants agree to release The Food Guide USA™, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from legal claims arising from their inclusion.
